Thai Vegetarian Minced Salad with Peanuts and Coriander
I love udon noodles and they aren’t readily available in stores, so I immediately took a look at this recipe. As in the first test, my boyfriend is ready to play and joyfully rushes to the kitchen. We are tired of eating at the moment and tend to order more for delivery so this HelloFresh order is welcome. It literally makes us want to cook!
The advantage of these so-called “quick” preparations, in addition to their simplicity, is thatthey are beautiful to watch at the end and above all that they are impossible to miss. Enough to inflate your ego and picture yourself as a chef in less time than it takes to say it.
The ingredients are good and high quality. The vegetables are fresh and grown in France and I love them. Vegetarian minced meat that perfectly imitates the taste and texture of meat.

I’m not a fan of regular sandwiches, but I let myself be seduced by this recipe, which is in the Quick and Family category. Of the three recipes, this one is indeed the most accessible, in terms of both possibility and taste.. You can play it very well to make kids happy without any problem.
These are flavors brought straight from across the Atlantic: cheddar, coleslaw, tuna salad, sandwich bread… In short, with this preparation you will be so close to imagining what you are eating. quick lunch in midtown Manhattan like a good New Yorker.

The centerpiece of this recipe coming straight from the Mediterranean Sea is orzo. I have never heard of this before, and make no mistake, it has nothing to do with barley. it’s simple a type of pasta in the form of an ear which goes great with mushrooms and absorbs cooking deliciously.
A word of advice, before you start cooking, check the list of ingredients and make sure you have vegetable broth, because it is not provided, but you can easily find it in all supermarkets.

These three HelloFresh recipes were a first for me and I will treasure them so that I can replicate them (as soon as possible). Once again I was guided step by step and this motivated me to cook on certain evenings when I was sometimes tempted to order.
The promise to be at the table in half an hour is very stimulating, especially since at the end I was sure that I would enjoy it. On my part, the contract has been fulfilled !
