Extend the leg as far as possible, then rotate the upper body in the direction of the extended leg. Try to pull your chest toward your legs using your arms to pull your body down. Hold the stretch for 5-15 seconds. Stretch 8 times on each leg.
- Splitting in air
Lie down with both hands on the floor and raise your legs. Keep the legs at 90 degrees to the body.
Split the legs using the inner thigh muscles. Do all sets of 8 reps.
- Superman pose
Lie on your stomach and place your toes on the floor; chin resting on the ground. Extend your arms forward as far as possible.
Raise your left arm and right leg at the same time. Hold this position for 3-4 seconds. Repeat the movement alternately with arms and legs. Repeat the pose 5 times.
