“Facebuilding” helps to make the skin more elastic and smooth. It also improves blood flow and lymph flow, removes puffiness, and makes the shape of the face more expressive. Doctors conducted a 20-week experiment involving 16 women aged 40-65. During this period, all participants exercised the muscles of the forehead, eyebrows, eyes, mouth, and neck. Tests showed that such exercises improved their facial skin and reduced the visible signs of aging.

Bright Side has put together 7 facial exercises that will help you maintain muscle strength and maybe replicate the experience of Benjamin Button!

How does it work?
Facials will help remove wrinkles and folds on the forehead, eyes, lips and nose. It really tightens the skin and gives it a youthful glow.

However, we must make it clear that 2 days of facelift is not enough time to change anything. But if you want to stick to your routine and work long and hard, let’s make it happen!

Facebuilding is a series of exercises. Always start your workout by warming up your face using your hands. Squeeze and release your eyelids, relax your face, frown and smile. Do this exercise at least 10 times in a row. Try not to stretch the skin on your face, but instead gently squeeze it. Then rub your face with a wet, warm towel and relax.

After warming up, start doing the following exercises.

Exercise 1: “Light surprise”
This exercise will help to increase the tone of the forehead muscles.

Place your fingers on your forehead as shown in the picture.
Raise and lower your eyebrows as if surprised.
Make sure there are no creases on the forehead.
Repeat this exercise 10 times.
