Heat some oil in a frying pan. Lightly brown the cashews. Then reserve them on a plate.

Peel and mince the garlic cloves and shallots.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Wash the coriander and green onions before chopping them.

Heat some oil in a wok and sauté the garlic, shallots and small peppers.

Then add chicken pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir. Let everything cook for about 15 minutes.

Add soy, fish and oyster sauces and sugar.

At the end of cooking, add cashews, coriander and green onions.
