Quiche recipe with chicken and pears


  • 150 g chicken fillet
  • 1 bulb
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml fresh cream
  • salt pepper
  • 1 puff pastry
  • 1 pear
  • 100 g mozzarella



Cut the chicken fillet and fry it in a pan, sprinkled with olive oil. Add chopped onion and let brown.
