Heat oil in a cast iron skillet.
In a bowl, mix 240 g flour, 1/3 tbsp. l. salt, 1 tbsp. l. black pepper, 1/2 tbsp. l. black pepper, 1/2 tbsp. l. basil, 1/3 st. l. oregano, 1 tbsp. l. celery salt, 1 tbsp. 4 tablespoons paprika, 1 tablespoon garlic salt, 1 tablespoon ground ginger, and 1 tablespoon white pepper.
In another bowl add milk and egg and stir. Add the chicken, then dip it into the flour and spice mixture.
Fry the chicken in a pan for 10-15 minutes. Let it cool down a little, and on the table!
