Manchurian Egg Recipe: How to Make a Manchurian Egg
Start by boiling the eggs until the yolk is completely set. Then make a slurry of cornmeal, salt, pepper powder and water. Dip the hard-boiled eggs into the porridge and coat well. Fry hard-boiled eggs until golden brown. Keep it aside.
Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the chopped onion, green chili and ginger-garlic paste. Add chopped peppers and sauté until soft. Season it with salt and ground pepper. Pour in red chili sauce, soy sauce and vinegar. Now add the fried eggs and cook them in the sauce until they blend into the sauces. Manchurian egg is ready!
