Servings: 4 – Preparation and marinade: 12 to 24 hours – Preparation: about 15 minutes


  • 250 ml (1 cup) Oîkos Plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • 90 ml (6 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) dried oregano
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) sweet paprika
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) honey
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 to 6 thighs, boneless and cut into 2 pieces
  • 500 ml (2 cups) cornstarch
  • Subject: vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper for taste

The fall

  • 250 ml (1 cup) Oîkos Plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 lemon, zest
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch or more cayenne pepper
  • 90 ml (6 tablespoons) honey
  • Salt and pepper for taste
  • Garnish
  • Cucumber and red onion salad or other


Step 1

In a bowl, combine Oîkos Plain Greek yogurt, olive oil, oregano, paprika, honey, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Check seasoning.

2nd step

Add the thigh pieces, stir, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.

Step 3

Remove meat from mixture and roll in flour.

Step 4

In a skillet with 2 inches of hot oil, fry the chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the chicken is crispy and cooked through (74°C core temperature).

Step 5

Take out and place the pieces on absorbent paper. Season with a little salt.

Step 6

For the sauce, in a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon zest, mint, cayenne, honey, salt, and pepper. Check seasoning.

Step 7

Arrange the cucumber salad, prepared sauce, and chicken pieces on each plate.
