To have a fun spring break with the whole family, you need a complete protein-rich diet. Why not boil eggs? Economical, quick and nutritious, eggs offer a delicious solution to your spring recipes!
Serves: 4 – Preparation: 15 minutes – Cooking: about 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 eggs Quebec
- 500g (17oz) pasta, al dente
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) crushed orange chips
- 2 eggs, yolks
- 500 ml (2 cups) cheddar and/or mozzarella cheese, grated
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) honey or maple syrup
- 8 slices pancetta or bacon, fried until crispy and cut into pieces
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) orange chips, coarsely crumbled
- Salt and pepper for taste
Training
Step 1
Gently place the eggs in a pot of boiling water and cook for 6 minutes. Then take it out, let it cool in a bowl of cold water, then peel the eggs and set them aside.
2nd step
Meanwhile, add al dente pasta, milk, powdered chips to a hot skillet and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add egg yolks, stir, sprinkle with cheese and let it melt over medium heat.
Step 4
Add honey or maple syrup, pancetta or bacon and cook until creamy. Check seasoning.
Step 5
Line serving bowls, sprinkle with crispy crumbs and top with soft-boiled eggs.
