Pasta with cheese

  • 700g pasta
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 720 ml skimmed milk
  • 75 g onion
  • 330 g cheddar cheese
  • 1 pinch each of salt, pepper and paprika

First, preheat the oven to 180°. Boil pasta in a pot of boiling water. Observe the cooking time indicated on the package. Melt the butter in a bowl, then add the mustard, flour and mix well. Add milk, onion and spices. Cook over very low heat until small bubbles appear for 10 minutes. Then remove from heat and add the egg. Then mix in 3/4 cheddar. Put the pasta with the blank in a baking dish. Cover with the rest of the cheddar and bake for 30 minutes.

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1 vanilla sachet
  • 20 ml milk
  • 70 g melted butter

Place flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Mix and make a well in the center. Add eggs and stir with a whisk. Then gradually add milk and melted butter until you get a smooth, fairly thick paste. Now let stand at room temperature for 20-30 minutes. Then heat the pan for pancakes and, once hot, pour a ladleful of batter over each pancake. Cook over low heat for a few minutes.

  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 20cl fresh cream
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt and 1 pinch nutmeg

Cut the pumpkin into cubes, remove the skin and steam for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a pie tin, pierce the bottom with a fork and bake for 15 minutes. Mix the cooked pumpkin into a puree, add the cream, eggs, sugar, a packet of vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and nutmeg. Mix well to obtain a liquid preparation. Pour the mixture over the pie crust, then bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes and let cool before serving.
