Avocado toast

Classic! You don’t have to order brunch to enjoy avocado toast! There is nothing easier. After toasting the slices of bread, all you have to do is spread Philadelphia-style cheese on them. Then cut the avocado into thin slices and place them on top. Drizzle them with olive oil, lemon and spices! And here you are filled with vitamins C, E, K and magnesium (among others).

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 mango

Chop a medium carrot (cut into slices), add 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple, 1 cup fresh or frozen mango, and 2 cups water in a blender and blend everything.
This smoothie is rich in vitamins A, B and C, as well as dietary fiber, bromelain (from pineapple) and magnesium. With this recipe, you will definitely recharge your batteries for the whole day!

A homemade bowl full of good things to start the day! Prepare your oatmeal, then put it in a bowl. Above add chia seeds which have many benefits, same for almonds. Slice the banana and then add it to the bowl with the raspberries. Pour over everything with a drop of honey and voila!
