During the period of imprisonment, our culinary critic no longer spends his life at the table, but in the kitchen. His mission is to bring you a simple recipe inspired by a movie or TV series every day. TV for your evening to reconcile earthly and intellectual food.
When you’re a food critic, restaurant closures inevitably make your job obsolete. “Since you’re not going to the restaurant anymore, sit in the kitchen” That’s what my editor suggested. That’s a good thing: cooking we couldn’t find better to combat stress, rebuild those we love, and since we have to eat multiple times a day, we could try to make it a little more meaningful. After-sales service, achievements, failures and good ideas are welcome in the comments!
