Old car garagein the heart Guérande (Atlantic Loire) welcomes now two shops : pharmacy and shop of vegetable and fruit juices.
Bottled juice, plants in all their forms
Bottled juice emphasizes the plant world and, in particular, vegetable and fruit juices according to invented recipes, taste and color by Sylvain Deleuze, from fruits and vegetables from organic farming : a branch of celery-kohlrabi-apple-lemon-turmeric or spinach-apple-pear-lemon.
It contains juice, beets, turmeric or ginger, red cabbage, rhubarb, pears or clementines, cucumbers and squash, and 3 to 5 spice components.
Other recipes for other seasons include tomatoes or pineapples.
Its juices are produced exclusively by cold pressing, consisting of 70% vegetable juice and 30% fruit juice and spices, in the Pouliguen workshop.
Freshly squeezed juices have a shelf life of 5 days. There is also a pasteurized version with a 21 day shelf life.
Bottled Juice also offers soups and compotes, teas, herbal teas, peppers and spices, as well as brewery grain noodles, vegetable oils, essential oils or solid organic and waste-free soaps and shampoos.
