Recipe Chicken fillet with honey

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 85 ml honey
  • 125 ml soy sauce
  • 125 ml ketchup
  • 1 C. spoon dried oregano
  • 350 g rice
  • 6 tbsp tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 160°C.

Peel and mash the garlic cloves. Mix with honey, soy sauce and ketchup.

Put the chicken thighs on the bottom in a baking dish and pour over the marinade. Sprinkle with dried oregano and roast for an hour to allow the chicken to cook slowly and soak up the flavors.

When the chicken is almost ready, boil the rice for the time indicated on the package.

Serve rice with chicken thigh and drizzle some sauce on top. Garnish with a few toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
