So, you will need: 4 chicken fillets, fermented milk, spices, garlic, flour, 2 eggs, white onion, salt and pepper.
Let’s start with our fillet, which we will gently massage with spices of your choice: cumin, paprika, chili or curry, it’s up to you!
Then let’s prepare our marinade in the morning if you want to treat yourself in the evening. The longer the better. Thus, the pulp will have time to absorb all the flavors. In an airtight box, pour milk and spices, chopped garlic and onions, our eggs, a good pinch of salt and pepper. Stir, then add the chicken fillet. Let’s stand in the fridge for a good half day, or a good two hours if you’re short on time.
Let’s move on to preparing the breading for our tenders. Remove the fillet from the refrigerator, soak in milk and cook for the winter, rolling in flour. You can repeat the operation to get more crisp! Then immerse everything in very hot oil (180°) for 5 minutes. Feel free to lower the heat halfway through cooking to finish them gently.
That’s it, you’re done! All you have to do is taste your golden fillet on the outside, melting inside, with the sauce of your choice. After that, if you’re craving fried chicken and you’re running out of time, now you know where to go!
