Juan Arbelaez takes our taste buds on a journey through Asia. The Colombian-born chef does not hesitate to draw inspiration from all over the world. This time, he shared a very popular Japanese street food specialty, karaage, on his Instagram account. This is a recipe for chicken marinated in soy sauce and ginger and fried. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, a recipe that will make you salivate. If we usually eat this fried chicken as it is, then the chef goes further and creates a real dish. So he accompanies his donuts with a simple bowl of rice, which he seasons with a sauce derived from his reduced marinade.
