- 2 sprigs of coriander
- 3 lemons
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g chicken cutlet
- 2 onions
- salt pepper
Wash and dry coriander leaves. Mix them with the juice of two lemons and a tablespoon of olive oil. Add chicken cutlets, cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Peel and chop the onion. Fry them in a frying pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. When they are ready, place them in a baking dish. Put the chicken cutlets on top, pour over the marinade and add the last sliced lemon. Salt and pepper.
Bake for about 45 minutes at 210°C.
