Macaroni and cheese croquettes: a recipe for 1.5 euros from Carlo de Pascal

Ingredients

For croquettes

  • 200 g chopped pasta or pasta

  • 70 g flour +100 g for breading

Implementation

Continue stirring until thickened, add grated cheese and continue until cheese is melted. Season, taste.
Add pasta and mix well, let cool and form into round croquettes or, if you are very strong, cubes.
Prepare a bowl with flour, another with beaten eggs (with salt and pepper) and the last one with breadcrumbs.

Fry ! (at 180°)
Drain and serve!
Served with a salad of your choice: today a mix of beets and lettuce.
