To make our taste buds travel even more, chef and pastry chef Cyril Lignac shared a few months ago in his program “Everything in the kitchen” M6his recipe crispy pasta casserole. BUT delicious and easy to prepare dishwhich is inspired by the American specialty: Pasta with cheese.
Crispy Pasta Casserole Recipe by Cyril Lignac
Cooking time: 35 minutes.
How to make Cyril Lignac Pasta Casserolefor 4 people you will need:
- 250g pasta
- 20 g butter
- 20 g flour
- ½ liter whole milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 150 g pancetta or bacon
- 50 g sandwich bread
- 100 g grated parmesan
- 100 g grated Emmental cheese
Stages of preparation:
- Boil water in a saucepan and cook pasta. Book.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, prepare the béchamel sauce. Melt butter and add flour. Stir vigorously, gradually pour in the milk until the sauce becomes creamy. decline
- Reduce heat, cook for 4 minutes and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat, pour in mustard and grated Emmental cheese. Mixing.
- Add the pasta to the sauce, stir, then pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Then add bread slices. Fry them in meat fat, mix.
- As soon as the preparation turns golden brown, pour it over the pasta. Spread well to cover the gratin.
- Add Parmesan on top.
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 200°C.
