Apple Crumble has come a long way… It’s even available in a savory version with a delicious chicken recipe. However, pair this white meat with tender pears for a fruity twist. Recipe Chicken Pear Crumble
- 350 g chicken fillet
- 50 g pine nuts
- 70 g butter
- 100g flour
- 80 g parmesan
- 3 pears
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Peel the pears and cut into cubes. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, then fry in a greased frying pan.
In a bowl, mix flour, Parmesan and diced soft butter. Salt and pepper.
Place the pears and chicken in the bottom of an oiled baking dish. Sprinkle with pine nuts and finally cover with the previous mixture. Bake 30 minutes.
