Recipe Creamy Chicken with Mushrooms
- 1 bulb
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp chicken bouillon
- 400 g champignons
- 1 C. powder
- 1 jar of heavy cream
- olive oil
- salt pepper
- fresh parsley
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a pan, drizzling with olive oil.
Add halved chicken thighs with a spoonful of chicken broth and flour and cook for 20 minutes, stirring regularly.
As soon as the onion becomes transparent, add the mushrooms, washed and cut into rings.
Add remaining chicken broth, 50 ml water and cook covered for about ten minutes.
Pour in the fresh cream, season with salt and pepper, then simmer for a few minutes until the cream thickens. Serve with fresh parsley.
