Ingredients
- 300g pasta
- 300 g tender lean meat (veal)
- 2 potatoes
- 5 eggs
- 1 large red onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 triangles of cheese paste
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp red pepper
- 50 g grated cheese
- ½ tablespoon of harissa
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Training
- Heat the oil in a saucepan, then add the chopped onion, crushed garlic and the meat, cut into regular small cubes.
- Season with salt and pepper and fry for a few minutes.
- Add tomato concentrate diluted in a glass of water, harissa and red pepper powder and cook until the sauce has evaporated.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain.
- Put a tablespoon of butter on pasta.
- Remove meat from heat and let cool.
- Add grated cheese, cheese triangles cut into cubes, 2 hard-boiled eggs cut into slices, potatoes boiled in salted water and cut into small cubes.
- Add cooked and buttered pasta and 2 raw eggs, then mix well.
- In a baking dish, lay out successive layers of pasta interspersed with filling.
- Bake 15 minutes.
