Made from raw ingredients, these homemade juices from beautiful spring greens can help you lose weight while saturating you with vitamins and nutrients. We give you the recipe.
Green smoothies are made from a balanced mix of 60% fruits and 40% raw green vegetables. Beginners are advised to gradually increase the amount of greens in order to get used to the taste, which at first may seem unexpected.

2/8 – Do not forget fragrant herbs. Don’t forget aromatic herbs in your smoothies. Coriander is chosen for its antioxidant properties, as it facilitates digestion and lowers blood sugar and bad cholesterol levels. Basil because it is great for cardiovascular health, protects skin and hair, and is rich in vitamins K, A, iron, and calcium. Peppermint has antiemetic properties, as it reduces headaches and relieves stress. Parsley is also very rich in folic acid, as it promotes carbohydrate metabolism, weight loss and detoxification.
3/8 – Cucumber and onion smoothie. Peel 1 cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise to remove the seeds with a small spoon. Then cut it into cubes. Coarsely chop 1 onion. Mince 1/2 garlic clove. Place in blender (or blender) bowl. Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil 1/2 bunch green onions coarsely chopped and ice cubes. Mixer.
4/8 – Spinach and peach smoothie. Send to a blender: 2 handfuls of spinach, 2 peaches, 1 handful of mint leaves, 1 tablespoon of honey. (Recipe taken from Green Smoothie, Biblical/Marabout)
6/8 – Kiwi, pear and celery smoothie. Wash and cut into pieces 1/2 stalk of celery. Do the same with 2 very ripe and juicy pears. Peel 2 kiwis, cut them into large pieces. Mix all ingredients and add some water to taste. smoothies unctuous.
7/8 – Cucumber and avocado smoothie. Place in a blender: 1 handful of parsley, 1/2 cucumber, 2 sprigs of dill and 1/2 lemon. (Recipe taken from “Green Smoothie”, bible/Marabout).
8/8- Avocado-kiwi smoothie. Peel 2 kiwis, 1 avocado and 1 apple. then mix with lemon juice and 1 tbsp. spirulina coffee powder. If necessary, add a little water to make the cocktail more or less liquid.
